Clara Martin Center Benefits

Employees who work a salaried, permanent position of 30 hours or more are eligible for our flexible benefits package.

Benefit eligible employees will receive the following employer paid benefits at no cost to the employee:

  • short term disability
  • long term disability
  • a $10,000 life insurance policy
  • a 3% retirement match

Benefit eligible employees have the opportunity to purchase the following benefits on a pretax basis:

  • Health Insurance
  • Dental Insurance
  • Vision Insurance

Employees also have the opportunity to purchase additional group term life insurance on a post-tax basis.

Benefit eligible employees have the opportunity to allocate flexible benefit dollars to any of the following tax free:

  • Healthcare reimbursement accounts
  • Health Savings Accounts (with a high deductible health plan)
  • Dependent Care Reimbursement

Retirement
We offer benefit eligible employees the opportunity to deposit funds on a pre-tax basis into a tax sheltered annuity (403b). Additionally, we offer staff an employer paid 3% retirement match to their employee contribution.

Time off Benefits

  • Vacation Time – Benefit eligible employees start off with 3 weeks of vacation time annually. Vacation time grows with longevity. School based staff will follow the school calendar for vacation days.
  • Sick Time – Full time employees accrue 7 sick days annually.
  • Holiday Time – Full time employees have paid time off for 10 holidays throughout the calendar year. School based staff will follow the school calendar for holidays.
