Capstone provides comprehensive services to help Vermont families and individuals meet basic needs such as food, shelter and transportation. Capstone alleviates the suffering caused by poverty, works with individuals and families to move out of poverty and advocates for economic justice for all Vermonters.

Central Vermont Substance Abuse Services
Central Vermont Substance Abuse Services works collaboratively with Clara Martin Center, Howard Center for Human Services and Washington County Mental Health to provide substance abuse treatment services in Central Vermont.

Chelsea Health Center
The Chelsea Health Center provides family medicine, routine and acute health care for the community of Chelsea and beyond. Clara Martin Center’s Chelsea office is located in the Chelsea Health Center building.

Collaborative Solutions Corporation
Second Spring is a licensed Level III Care Home offering nursing and psychiatric services, as well as clinical, vocational and case management services. Second Spring has facilities in Williamstown and Westford, Vermont.

Orange County Parent Child Center (OCPCC) is a licensed, year-round, full-day childcare center for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. OCPCC also brings family support and outreach programming into homes in the communities of Bethel, Bradford, Braintree, Brookfield, Chelsea, Corinth, Fairlee, Newbury, Orange, Randolph, Rochester, Royalton, Stockbridge, Strafford, Thetford, Topsham, Tunbridge, Vershire, Washington, West Fairlee, and Williamstown.

Safeline (Domestic Violence)
Safeline works to end physical, emotional and sexual violence against women and children through direct service, education, advocacy and social change.

Stagecoach provides public transportation services to all people within the central Vermont area, including commuters, elderly, and persons with disabilities.

Upper Valley Haven
Upper Valley Haven provides temporary shelter and educational programming for homeless families and adults, as well as food and clothing to anyone in need.

Upper Valley Pediatrics
Upper Valley Pediatrics provides comprehensive medical care for children from newborn to college age, as well as mental health counseling services for children and families. Nutrition and lactation support services are also available on site.

Upper Valley Services provides opportunity, support, and assistance to people with developmental disabilities enabling them to safely live, work and socialize in their communities in ways which are based upon their individual needs, values, interests and choices.

Vermont Psychiatric Survivors
Vermont Psychiatric Survivors is a statewide peer-run organization with a focus on support, education and advocacy through a variety of smaller programs and initiatives, which range from the publication of Counterpoint (a mental health quarterly), outreach services, statewide patient representatives, to education and wellness training.

White River Craft Center
The White River Craft Center (WRCC) promotes self-help for individuals through stewardship and appreciation of traditional crafts by providing opportunities for craft education and community partnerships.

White River Family Practice
White River Family Practice (WRFP) provides comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages. WRFP has close relationships with the hospitalist services at DHMC and APD to provide continuity of care after hospital stays.
