State of Vermont Department of Health
The Department of Health is part of the Vermont Agency of Human Services and is the State’s lead agency for public health policy and advocacy. The agency works in partnership with local health care providers, schools, businesses and community organizations to address public health issues specific to their community, and to carry out statewide initiatives at a local level.

AIDS Project of Southern VT
The AIDS Project of Southern Vermont is a regional AIDS service organization providing direct services to people living with HIV/AIDS and HIV prevention services to those at most risk in Windham, Bennington, and southern Windsor counties.

AIDS Response Seacoast (NH)
AIDS Response Seacoast is a non-profit community-based AIDS Service Organization dedicated to providing education, direct assistance and advocacy for persons and communities affected by HIV/AIDS.

AIDS Services Monadnok (NH)
AIDS Services for the Monadnock Region (ASMR) is the AIDS Service Organization (ASO) in rural southwestern New Hampshire. ASMR is a non-profit 501(c)(3) agency serving Cheshire County, southern Sullivan County and western Hillsborough County.

DHMC Family HIV Program
The Dartmouth-Hitchcock Family HIV Program serves women, children, youth, and families infected with, affected by and at risk for HIV in Vermont and New Hampshire.

Greater Manchester AIDS
Supports and assist persons infected and/or affected by HIV/AIDS in maintaining a high quality of life through direct assistance, advocacy, and education.

HIV/HCV Resource Center
The mission of HIV/HCV Resource Center is to support and empower those whose lives are affected by HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis C to live fully and with dignity and to stop the spread of these diseases through education, information, and understanding.

Vermont CARES
Vermont CARES is a non-profit organization whose mission is to improve the quality of life of HIV-positive individuals, create compassionate communities, and prevent the spread of HIV by educating our youth and community on general.

Central Vermont Medical Center
Central Vermont Medical Center is the primary health care provider for 66,000 people who live and work in central Vermont, providing 24-hour emergency care, with a full spectrum of inpatient and outpatient services.

Chelsea Health Center
