Quality Assurance and Improvements
Clara Martin Center promotes continuous quality assurance and improvement within its own organization and throughout the state by participating in statewide improvement coalitions and special initiatives. Every program is monitored through outcome measures in three key areas: efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction. Each year there are also specific improvement projects undertaken to assure integration of best practice. Current initiatives include:
- Integration of emergency services for effective continuity of care.
- Adoption of a co-occurring disorders treatment approach for those clients impacted by substance use and mental health issues.
- Development of programming specific for the transition aged youth, helping to identify those at risk adolescents who are between the ages of 16 and 26 who are in need of complex care not necessarily received in traditional child programming and not tailored within the adult programs.
Utilizing inter-disciplinary committee structures, Clara Martin Center gains the expertise for development and decision-making in key areas of Quality Assurance work. Clara Martin Center Committees
