To provide our consumers and others from our service area with an immediate response to crisis situations.

Description:

Emergency services are provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to anyone by contacting our hotline. Face to face emergency screening services are also provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Some specialized emergency services, such as Critical Incident Stress Debriefing, are available to area schools, businesses and community groups by request. Emergency services are intensive, time limited, and are intended to resolve or stabilize the immediate crisis through direct treatment, supportive services to significant others, or arrangement of other more appropriate resources. Crisis counseling, screening for hospitalization, or emergency placement assessment for other mental health and human services, referral and follow-up services are also available. These services may occur over the telephone and/or in person.
