Safe Haven Shelter
Description:
Safe Haven is a collaboration between Clara Martin Center, Vermont Psychiatric Survivors, and National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) providing transitional housing to homeless individuals. Safe Haven provides a place to live within the community while working on personal goals in a safe and supportive recovery oriented environment.
Services Provided:
Peer counseling and support, recovery services, case management, outreach, staffed 24 hour housing.
Who can Access:
Individuals in Orange, Upper Windsor, and Washington Counties of Vermont who are homeless and diagnosed with a mental illness and are age 18 and older.
