Act One/Bridge Program
ACT I provides 24/7/365 information, referral, screening, and assessment services for individuals of all ages who are or are suspected to be incapacitated due to alcohol or other drugs. The Bridge Program provides short-term stabilization and detoxification in a non-medical setting for individuals ages 18 and older who are experiencing problematic alcohol or other drug use.

BAART St. Johnsbury
BAART St. Johnsbury is a methadone and buprenorphine maintenance program that provides quality, individualized and comprehensive treatment to opioid dependent individuals.

Central Vermont Substance Abuse Services
Central Vermont Substance Abuse Services works collaboratively with Clara Martin Center, Howard Center for Human Services and Washington County Mental Health to provide substance abuse treatment services in Central Vermont.

Habit OPCO
Located at the Staples-Johnson’s Center, 254 Plainfield Rd., Unit 4, in West Lebanon, New Hampshire, the Habit OPCO West Lebanon Treatment Center provides medically supervised methadone and Suboxone (buprenorphine) maintenance treatment to individuals who are attempting to overcome an addiction to or dependence upon heroin or other opioids.

Intensive Outpatient Program
The goal of the Clara Martin Center Intensive Outpatient Program is to help clients with substance dependence maintain abstinence from alcohol and/or drugs and enhance their skills to prevent relapse.

State of Vermont Office of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Programs
The division of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Programs was established to help Vermonters prevent, reduce and/or eliminate alcohol and other drug related problems. In partnership with other public and private organizations and ADAP plans, the division manages and evaluates a comprehensive, consistent, and effective system of substance abuse prevention, treatment and recovery services.

Valley Vista
Valley Vista is a 100-bed inpatient addiction treatment center providing treatment for men, women and adolescents suffering from substance use disorder often compounded by co-occurring mental health conditions.
