Client Satisfaction

One of Clara Martin Center’s most important measures of success is knowing that our clients feel that the services they have received are helpful and that we treat our clients with dignity and respect. Clara Martin Center continues to receive very high marks from our clients in regards to both of these indicators in our annual client satisfaction survey.

Over the past four years, 1107 people have responded to our client satisfaction survey.

97.15% reported that Clara Martin Center treats them with dignity and respect.

93.5% reported that the services they received made a difference.
