Providing support to a friend or family member with mental health or substance use challenges can be difficult without knowledge of existing resources.  Clara Martin Center is available to provide information on different supports accessible in the community and support you as you support your loved one.

Clara Martin Center provides services to community members through an access system that is flexible and responsive to one’s current needs or requests for care. Same Day Access Clinicians are trained to help navigate the process and support until an individual is able to connect with a clinician. When an individual calls, the Same Day Access Clinician will gather the information listed below to help them connect them with the appropriate services.

Emergency Services

Emergency services are available to all individuals, regardless of age, 24 hours a day 365 days a year either on site or at various locations throughout the community depending on need.

Early Childhood Mental Health Services

In a regional collaboration with other Early Childhood providers, the Clara Martin Center provides therapeutic supports to young children, ages 0-6 years old, and their families.

Child & Family Outpatient Services

While general outpatient services are focused on ages 6-15, the services below are available to any and all children within the larger Child and Family Program.

Transition Age Youth (TAY)

The Transition Age Youth program provides services to youth 16-22 years of age, utilizing the Resiliency Model to meet clients “where they are at.”

Youth Summer Programs

Skill building and the need for supports continue even when school lets out for the summer. Clara Martin designs a skill-based curriculum for groups that are delivered in the community to incorporate healthy, fun activities into the acquisition and practice of life skills.

Criminal Justice Services

Our Criminal Justice Services’ aim is to enhance the ability of those who have been or are currently involved with the court or corrections system to function effectively in the community, re-enter the community successfully and reduce the risk of committing additional crimes.

Find a Location

With offices in Bradford, Chelsea, Randolph, and Wilder, Clara Martin Center provides office and community-based services across Orange County and the greater Upper Valley, as well as in Berlin through Central Vermont Substance Abuse Services. Outpatient services are available Monday through Friday, with some evening and weekend availability at select sites based on client need. Emergency Services and supports are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year either in person or through telephone/virtual supports based on client need.
