Individual and group therapy, case management, peer support services, primary care screening referrals, crisis services, psychiatric services, and family support.

We work with individuals and families of all ages. We have programs for child, families, transition aged youth, and adults.

If you are interested in CMC services, you can call (802) 728-4466 or walk in and speak to one of our access specialists. We also offer 24-hr emergency services at (800) 639-6360. 

That’s ok! Here at CMC we work with individuals to help eliminate as many barriers to care as possible, including cost. CMC has a sliding fee scale and fee waiver program for eligible individuals. No one will be turned away due to a lack of ability to pay. 

We have multiple locations to ensure distance is not a barrier to care. We have locations in Randolph, Bradford, Chelsea, and Wilder. Please call (802) 728-4466 to speak with an access specialist to find the CMC location closest to you.

All locations have ADA access points, and we can also work with those who prefer remote services.

We work with Translation Line or AAVL to provide translation services. Please inform the access specialist you are working with that you would like a translator.
