What Services Are available to Me?

Emergency services are available to all individuals, regardless of age, 24 hours a day 365 days a year either on site or at various locations throughout the community depending on need.
Adult Mental health
High-quality outpatient mental health services for adults, promoting health and well-being through the reduction or elimination of symptoms.
Community Support Program
The Community Support Program (CSP) assists individuals with mental health issues in achieving and sustaining the highest quality of life consistent with their abilities, needs, personal ambitions, and available resources.
Primary Health Care Integration Services
Ensuring access and coordination to primary health care services for those accessing services at the Clara Martin Center.
Safe Haven provides a place to live within the community while working on personal goals in a safe and supportive recovery-oriented environment.
Chris’s Place Crisis Stabilization Program
Chris’s Place is a voluntary short-term stabilization program that can be accessed by community members 18 years of age or older, as a step down from inpatient care until returning home, or as an alternate placement from inpatient care if clinically appropriate.
Substance Use Programs
Clara Martin Center promotes healthy lifestyles by reducing the harmful effects of alcohol and other drugs on the client, family, and community. Learn more about available substance use programs and supports.
Criminal Justice Services
Our Criminal Justice Services’ aim is to enhance the ability of those who have been or are currently involved with the court or corrections system to function effectively in the community, re-enter the community successfully and reduce the risk of committing additional crimes.

Increasing access to comprehensive mental health and addiction treatment, resources, and services. We are committed to working with you to identify your strengths and help you build a more healthy and happy life.

Find a Location
With offices in Bradford, Chelsea, Randolph, and Wilder, Clara Martin Center provides office and community-based services across Orange County and the greater Upper Valley, as well as in Berlin through Central Vermont Substance Abuse Services. Outpatient services are available Monday through Friday, with some evening and weekend availability at select sites based on client need. Emergency Services and supports are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year either in person or through telephone/virtual supports based on client need.

The 2022 Annual Meeting and Awards Ceremony for Clara Martin Center was held on the Vermont Technical College campus on Thursday, November 9th to honor employees for their dedicated years of service.
Clara Martin Center is the first community mental health agency in Vermont to have been designated a CCBHC after receiving an initial two-year CCBHC Expansion grant from SAMHSA in 2021.
Clara Martin Center is seeking submissions for their sixth annual art/poetry show entitled “Stronger Together: Celebrating Creativity in Mental Health, Wellness and Recovery.”
