Emergency Care

Emergency services are available to all individuals, regardless of age, 24 hours a day 365 days a year either on site or at various locations throughout the community depending on need.  Staff members provide an emergency crisis response to all individuals that present in our service area in a timely manner, assessing current care needs, and helping individuals to access the appropriate treatment level of care, up to and including inpatient care.

Services are intensive, time limited, and are intended to resolve or stabilize the immediate crisis through direct treatment, supportive services to significant others, or arrangement of other more appropriate resources. Services can be obtained either through face-to-face emergency screenings or by telephone support based on need.

Case Management

Acute Care Case Management

Short-term case management services are available to individuals who are either already engaged in outpatient care, or those in the process of connecting with outpatient services at the Clara Martin Center.

Services are focused on individuals who are not traditionally eligible for case management through other programs, who are in need of case management services for a brief period to help prevent further escalation, minimize the usage of preventable psychiatric hospitalizations, as well as support clients who are recently exiting an inpatient setting or transitioning back to the community.

Chris’s Place Crisis Stabilization Program

A voluntary short-term stabilization program, functioning as a step down from inpatient care until returning home, or as an alternate placement from inpatient care if clinically appropriate.

Community Crisis Response

The Clara Martin Center is a resource for our community partners around events that may occur in the larger community where there may be a need for broader mental health support.
